Warranty
We operate in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The product may be repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranty Period
We provide a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all Swim Shady products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults that arise under normal use and maintenance. The warranty is offered to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@swimshady.com.au with the following details:
• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice)
• A clear description of the defect
• Photos or videos of the issue, if possible
We reserve the right to request that the product be returned to us for further inspection before determining eligibility for warranty coverage. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the defect is covered under this warranty, in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping.
