Refund policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@swimshady.com.au with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with packaging and tags intact. Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be refused. Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@swimshady.com.au.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Early notification helps us resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

For all fault claims, we will require clear photographs and/or video evidence to assess the issue. Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
