Pre-Order Terms & Conditions (US Customers)
Effective for all pre-orders placed on our US site
By placing a pre-order with Swim Shady, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of Pre-Order
You are reserving upcoming Swim Shady products scheduled for dispatch in February 2026. No payment is taken at checkout today.
2. Authorisation to Charge
By completing a pre-order, you authorise Swim Shady to charge the payment method provided at checkout for the full order value when your order is ready to ship (estimated February 2026).
You also confirm that the payment method provided will remain valid and sufficiently funded at the time of dispatch.
3. Estimated Shipping Window
Orders are expected to ship in February 2026.
This date is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing or logistics factors. If timelines materially shift, we will notify you via email.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your pre-order any time before your order is charged, by emailing our customer service team.

Once your order has been charged and dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
5. Price Guarantee
The price shown at the time of pre-order is the price you will be charged at dispatch — no increases will apply.
6. Payment Failures
If your payment method declines at dispatch, we will contact you to update your details.
If updated payment details aren’t provided within 7 days, your pre-order may be cancelled.
7. Changes to Orders
You can update your address or contact details anytime before dispatch by contacting our customer service team.
8. Duty & Taxes
Orders shipped directly within the United States will not incur additional duties.
If ordering from outside the US, taxes or duties may apply at your local customs point.
